The third and final season of the South Korean dystopian survival thriller series arrives with deadlier games and consequences!

FUBAR (Season 2) - Netflix
When FUBAR was first announced a few years ago, I was super excited. Arnold Schwarzenegger in his first leading role in a scripted television series, and with some serious 'True Lies' action comedy spy vibes, it seemed like a must-watch. Then it hit Netflix and fortunately, it lived up to all the hype! The first season of FUBAR was action packed and hilarious. Schwarzenegger stars as Luke Brunner, and Monica Barbaro is great as his daughter Emma. The secret both have kept from each other is that they're both CIA operatives, and once they discover each other's secret, they realize that they actually know very little about each other! When tasked with a dangerous operation together, the action (and comedy) ensues, making the first season one of the most fun shows you'll ever see.
Now, FUBAR is back! The second season is right around the corner and as a bonus, the great Carrie-Anne Moss (The Matrix series) is joining the cast as Greta Nelso, a former East German spy who has a passionate history with Luke (Schwarzenegger). The writers promise a bigger season with more action and more laughs, and I can't wait. It's the perfect summer series to kick back and enjoy after a long day. You still have time to catch up if you haven't seen FUBAR yet, before its second season drops June 12 only on Netflix!
What I'm Watching Now
The Bondsman (Season 1) - Prime Video
Having just finished the first season of The Bondsman on Prime Video, I can safely say it's one of the most fun shows I've seen in a long time. This series sort of came out of nowhere for me, having not even heard of it until weeks before it came out in April. Boy, am I glad I caught wind of it because after seeing the trailer I knew it'd be a favourite of mine. A mix of action horror and comedy (think The Evil Dead meets From Dusk Till Dawn and Constantine), The Bondsman stars the always legendary Kevin Bacon as Hub Halloran, a bounty hunter who comes back from the dead with an unexpected chance at life. The only catch? Well, he was brought back by the Devil himself to hunt escaped demons who have sprung loose on Earth.
The vibe you get from this trailer is exactly what you get with the show. Bacon is great as the snarky but lovable bounty hunter, tasked with chasing down demons to extend his new lease on life, all the while trying to keep his loved ones safe and stop the end of the world itself. If you're a fan of the genre, you'll love this. It's also easy to binge, with the entire 8 episode season consisting of roughly half hour episodes. No filler, just tons of laughs and demon hunting action. Be sure to check it out on Prime Video!
