In April 27 2025,I purchased Prepaid $100 unlimited talk and text + 2GB data monthly for 1 year. Since May 27, 2025, I can't get internet, any mention of the promotion disappeared from my online Telus account, my balance shows as 0.00 and the system asks for a top-up. I paid for the whole year in advance. I thought all promotions would automatically going forward to next month, but after I called service, I was told I need set up auto payment before 30days expired to keep this promotion. Now anyone can help me to resolve this issue? I prepaid $100 not just for “talk&text “, I need 2GB data monthly.

Same thing just happened to me today. Signed up for 1 year prepaid plan on May 9th 2025. June 8th I'm told my 2GB data has expired.
